These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of maisonwildeaffairs.com (the “Site”) and any purchases from Maison Wilde Affairs (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

3) Products & Services
We offer:
- Digital products (templates, downloads, files)
- Physical décor services (event-related services)
Details, inclusions, and pricing are described on the Site and may change at any time.
4) Digital Products: License & Restrictions
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, digital products are licensed, not sold.
You may:
- Download and use the files for your personal use or your event use
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the files to others
- Claim the templates as your own work
- Use the files to create competing products for sale
If a product includes a commercial license or extended use rights, those terms will be listed on the product page and will control.
5) Orders, Pricing & Payments
All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing, correct errors, and refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
6) Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. Please review our Delivery Policy for details on how and when you receive files.
7) Refunds & Returns
All refund/return rules are stated in our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8) Physical Décor Services: Agreements & Deposits
Physical décor services may require a separate written agreement (contract) that includes scope, timeline, payment schedule, retainer/deposit terms, rescheduling, and force majeure/substitution. If there is a conflict between these Terms and your signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls.
9) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including designs, templates, text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by Maison Wilde Affairs or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property except as expressly allowed by these Terms or a product license.
10) User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with Site security or functionality
- Upload or transmit malware or harmful code
- Use the Site to infringe on others’ rights
11) Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Wilde Affairs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maison Wilde Affairs from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.
14) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
