Common Questions
Do you travel across the DMV?
Yes — we regularly design and deliver throughout Washington DC, Maryland (including Montgomery, Prince George's, and Anne Arundel counties), and Northern Virginia. Travel within 45 minutes of Upper Marlboro, MD is included; beyond that, a separate travel fee applies based on distance (see the calculator above).
What does full-service design include?
- All containers and vessels are yours to keep — only structural pieces like arches, pillars & tall stands are returned.
- Premium blooms in every design.
- Secure your date with a 40% retainer and signed contract.
Is there a minimum investment?
Yes — full-service floral design typically starts at $2,000.
Why are Design Fee and Travel Fee shown separately?
The Design Fee covers your consultation, sourcing, design time, installation, and breakdown. Travel is billed separately based on distance from our Upper Marlboro, MD studio, per our standard travel policy — so you always know exactly what each dollar is for.
How far in advance should we book?
Most DMV couples book 9–14 months out, especially for peak spring and fall dates. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have a venue and date, even if your design vision is still coming together.
Can we adjust our design after booking?
Absolutely. The estimate above is a starting point — every detail is refined together at your design consultation as your vision, guest count, and venue take shape.
