Digital Delivery (Templates, Downloads, Files)
Maison Wilde Affairs sells digital templates delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

How you receive your files
After checkout, your digital files are delivered in one or more of the following ways:
1) An instant download link shown on the order confirmation page, and/or
2) An email sent to the address used at checkout with your download link(s)

Delivery timing
Digital delivery is typically instant. In some cases, email delivery may take up to 15 minutes.

If you don’t see your download
Please check:
- Your spam/junk and Promotions folders
- That you used the correct email address at checkout
- Your inbox search for “Maison Wilde Affairs” or “download”

Need help?
If your download link is broken, a file won’t open, or you received the wrong file, contact us and we’ll help.
