Refund policy

1) Digital Products (Templates, Downloads, Files) — All Sales Final
All digital products sold by Maison Wilde Affairs are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads once an order is placed.

We will help if there is a technical problem
If you experience a technical issue (for example: broken download link, corrupted file, or you received the wrong file), contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will provide:
- A working replacement file and/or
- A corrected download link

2) Physical Décor Services — Deposits & Cancellations
For physical décor services and event-related services, a non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to reserve your date and begin planning and preparation.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and any refund eligibility (if any) are governed by your signed service agreement.

3) Force Majeure / Substitution (Physical Décor Services)
If circumstances outside our control occur—including illness, emergencies, severe weather, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen events—Maison Wilde Affairs may:
- Reschedule services, and/or
- Provide a qualified substitute vendor where appropriate

Any remedies and refund eligibility (if any) will follow the terms in your signed service agreement.

4) Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product may result in loss of access to files.
